When you are logged in, you may update your personal information or change your password by clicking on My Account. Click on the "Edit your account information", "Change your password", or "Modify your address book entries" links, type your new information or password then click on the Continue button, at the bottom to save your changes.
Yes, you can purchase our products without being a member of PayPal. We process our payment transactions through PayPal but they accept all major credit cards, debit cards and echecks as well as a PayPal account.
Physical Products
We strive for customer satisfaction with our products and will do our best to personally ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We accept returns within 30 days. The item must be in new condition and in original packaging. You the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
Login to your Sew Many Blocks account and fill out the Return form to receive your RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Upon receipt of the order, we will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping costs, to your original payment method.
The 30 day return policy does not apply to damaged products due to personal misuse.
If a product is defective or missing pieces, Contact Us immediately so we can correct the problem.
Downloadable Products
Sorry, a refund will not be issued for downloadable products. If you have a question about a pattern you purchased or trouble understanding it, contact us.
Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost if we receive your request before your order ships. If the order has already shipped, return the item/items to us within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the merchandise, but not the shipping.
For best results, open our downloadable patterns in Adobe Acrobat. If you would like to print the downloadable pattern, make sure the "Fit to page" option is selected in Acrobat and you're all set.
We love hearing from customers. If you've made something from one of our patterns and would like to share a photo with us, please send it through the contact form or share it with us on Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter. If you have a question or found an error, let us know through the contact form, and we'll investigate the issue, send helpful information, or get the correction made as soon as possible.
Sew Many Blocks (Julie Wilcox) holds the copyright to all images, patterns, and designs on this site. If you'd like to use any of the images or designs, please contact us. If you have purchased one of our patterns, feel free to use the pattern to make as many quilts, pin cushions, card holders, pillows, etc., as you'd like. We only ask for acknowledgement on the label, advertising, or packaging if you plan to sell, auction, donate, or enter the item in a competition. If you have a question that isn't covered here, feel free to contact us.
